Terms of Service.

These terms apply to locksmith services provided by MC Locksmiths, a sole trader business owned by Morgan, trading from 28 Walden Court, Canterbury, Kent CT2 7JQ, United Kingdom. Not VAT registered.

Phone quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. There are no hidden callout charges.

Where you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

For non urgent off premises bookings you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start emergency work within that period, you may be charged for work completed before cancelling.

Workmanship is guaranteed for up to 12 months from the date of installation. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 10 years depending on the product.

Public liability insurance: £5,000,000. Certificate of insurance available on request.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
