Will getting me back in damage my door or lock?
Very rarely. Non destructive methods such as picking, bypass techniques and letterbox tools come first, so your cylinder, handle and door furniture are normally left intact. Drilling is the last option, and only happens with your written agreement.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
It depends on the job and the time of day. The standard rate is £90 up to 5pm, £120 after 5pm and £150 after 10pm. Whatever the job, Morgan tells you the price and agrees it with you before any work starts.
