What you pay depends on the job and the time of day. The standard rate is £90 up to 5pm, £120 after 5pm and £150 after 10pm. Whatever the job, Morgan explains the price and agrees it with you before any work starts, and nothing extra appears on the invoice.

- What you pay depends on the job and the time of day. The daytime rate applies up to 5pm, the evening rate after 5pm and the late-night rate after 10pm.
- Morgan explains the price and agrees it with you before any work starts. If the job turns out to be different once he is there, he tells you before carrying on.
- A higher rate can apply at weekends and on bank holidays. You are told the rate before Morgan sets off.
- Security surveys and quotes are free. Parts and labour carry a warranty of up to 12 months. Pay by card, bank transfer or cash.
